Everything an agency needs in a single workspace
Twelve capabilities covering the whole loop: audit the site, measure both surfaces, write the fix, apply it, and report on it. Built on the constraints of real agencies running 40+ client sites.
Site crawler & technical audit
A Playwright-backed crawler renders every reachable URL and raises the issues that actually move rankings: missing or duplicate titles and meta descriptions, thin pages, broken internal links, redirect chains, orphan pages, and robots or sitemap problems.
Daily SERP rank tracking
Track every keyword's Google position by country, language, and device. Positions are snapshotted daily, so you see the trend line and the exact day a change landed, not just today's number.
Keyword research & clustering
Volume, difficulty, and intent for every keyword idea, grouped into clusters that map to real pages. Suggestions are drawn from your own crawled content, not a generic seed list.
Competitors & keyword gap
Auto-detect the domains competing for your terms, then see the keywords they rank for and you don't, alongside the page on your site that would have to earn each one.
Backlinks & toxicity
Monitor referring domains and new or lost links over time, with toxicity scoring, so a spam surge shows up as a warning instead of an unexplained ranking drop.
Core Web Vitals & page health
LCP, INP, and CLS measured per page and tracked over time, next to the render-blocking assets and layout shifts responsible for them.
AI citation tracking across ChatGPT, Claude & Gemini
Ask the answer engines the questions your buyers actually ask, then measure what comes back: whether you are cited, where in the answer, in what share of responses, with what sentiment, and which URL the engine used as its source. Daily, per engine.
GEO readiness score per page
Score each page on what answer engines reward: a direct answer near the top, factual density, structured data, extractable headings, freshness, and citable sources. Then get the specific edit that raises it.
AI content studio & gap analysis
Briefs and full drafts in a real editor, with embedding-based topic gap detection against competitors, sentence-level rewrite suggestions, refresh recommendations for decaying pages, and originality checks.
Off-site GEO surfaces
Answer engines cite forums and reference sites as often as brand pages. Find live Reddit and Quora threads where your product is the answer, draft reference-grade material, and get video topics worth publishing.
Guided fixes, applied in your own CMS
Approve a fix and an assistant applies it inside your own signed-in CMS session, then re-checks the live page to confirm it stuck. WordPress has a direct integration; everything else works through the browser assistant.
Multi-tenant workspace & white-label reports
Run dozens of client sites in one workspace with strict per-organisation isolation, granular roles, audit logs, scheduled PDF reports under your own brand, and per-project usage and cost caps.
SEO, GEO, and why you now need both
Plain definitions of the two disciplines this platform measures, and what actually decides whether an AI answer names you.
What is SEO?
- Search Engine Optimization is the practice of making a website easier for search engines to crawl, understand, and rank, so its pages appear higher in a results page like Google's. It covers technical health (speed, crawlability, structured data), on-page content and keywords, and off-page signals such as backlinks. The measurable outcome is a position in a list of links.
What is Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)?
- Generative Engine Optimization is the practice of making a brand and its content likely to be retrieved, quoted, and credited inside AI-generated answers: the responses produced by ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and Google's AI Overviews. Instead of a ranking position, the measurable outcome is a citation: whether the engine mentions you at all, where in the answer it does so, how favourably, and which of your URLs it used as the source.
How is GEO different from SEO?
- SEO optimises for a ranked list a person then clicks. GEO optimises for a synthesised answer a person reads instead of clicking. They overlap, since a page an engine cannot crawl cannot be cited either, but they reward different things. SEO rewards keyword coverage, links, and domain authority. GEO rewards passages that answer a question completely on their own, verifiable facts an engine can attribute, structured data, and being referenced across the wider web the model reads. The same page can rank first in Google and never appear in a single AI answer.
How do AI answer engines choose what to cite?
- Answer engines retrieve candidate passages and then compose a reply from a handful of them. Selection favours content that is readable without JavaScript, states its claim directly rather than burying it, carries dates, authors, and structured data, agrees with what other sources say, and is already visible in classical search or on high-trust reference and community sites. That is why GEO work spans both your own pages and the places the model reads about you.
This is the gap Visibilitas exists to close: a page can rank first in Google and never appear in a single AI answer, and the fix for one is rarely the fix for the other. Measuring only one of them means reporting on half the surface your customers judge you on.
Most tools stop at the report. This one makes the change.
Finding a missing meta description is the easy half. Visibilitas takes approved fixes all the way into the live page: in your own CMS, under your own login, with you watching.
Nothing is written until you approve it
Every proposed change shows the current value, the new value, and the reason it matters. Edit it, approve it, or reject it, in bulk or one at a time.
It works inside your own admin session
An AI assistant drives your CMS in a browser tab you are already signed into: finding the field, writing the value, saving. You watch it happen and can interrupt at any point.
WordPress works directly
For WordPress there is a direct integration and a downloadable companion plugin, so approved changes can be published without a browser session at all.
Verified against the live page
After a change is applied the page is fetched again and re-checked. A fix is only marked done when the live HTML actually shows it.
We never ask for or store your CMS password. The assistant works inside a browser session you have already authenticated. That is why it works with practically any admin panel, and why we never hold a credential that could leak.

Live in an afternoon
No tracking script to install and no code to deploy. Add a domain and the first audit and citation probe run the same day.
Add a domain
Enter the site and the brand you want measured. No tag, no DNS change, no code. Just a domain and the questions your buyers ask.
We crawl and audit
A Playwright-backed crawler renders every reachable page, checks the technical basics and Core Web Vitals, and turns what it finds into a ranked list of issues.
We ask the AI engines
The same questions go to ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini every day. We record whether you were cited, where in the answer, how favourably, and which URL the engine used.
You approve the fixes
Each issue arrives with a concrete change, not just a complaint. Approve it and the assistant applies it in your own CMS session, then verifies it against the live page.
Report, then repeat
Rank movement and AI citations land in one white-label report on whatever schedule you choose, and the loop starts again the next morning.
One console, or two subscriptions and a spreadsheet
Most teams end up with a classic SEO suite for Google and a separate tracker for AI answers, and no single view of either. Here is what each category actually covers.

Compared against tool categories rather than named products: individual vendors differ and ship constantly, so a table naming them would be wrong within weeks. Judge any specific tool you are evaluating against the capability column on the left. Last reviewed August 2026.
Built for the teams judged on visibility
The same two surfaces matter to everyone. What changes is the question each team has to answer at the end of the month.
For agencies
Prove wins on both surfaces to every client
One workspace, dozens of client sites, strict isolation between them, and a monthly report that finally answers “are we showing up in ChatGPT?”
- A separate organisation per client, with its own roles and permissions
- Scheduled white-label PDF reports under your own brand
- Per-project usage and cost caps, so one client can't spend another's budget
For in-house teams
Replace three tools and a spreadsheet
Audit, rank tracking, content, and AI visibility in one place, with the fixes applied rather than filed as tickets nobody picks up.
- One prioritised action feed instead of four dashboards
- Fixes applied in your CMS without waiting on a dev sprint
- Visibility joined to real traffic through your Matomo analytics
For e-commerce
Get recommended, not just ranked
Buyers increasingly ask an assistant which product to get. Being the cited answer to "best X for Y" is the new shelf position.
- Track the product and category questions your buyers actually ask
- See which competitor gets named on the answers where you don't
- Fix product and category pages so an engine can quote them cleanly
For B2B & professional services
Own the questions buyers ask before they ask you
Long sales cycles start with research, and that research now happens inside an answer engine. GEO decides whether you make the shortlist it produces.
- Monitor the comparison and "alternatives to" questions in your category
- Publish reference material engines can cite with confidence
- Track sentiment and context, not just whether you were mentioned
For twenty years, SEO asked one question: do we rank? Now every brand faces a second: are we in the answer?
Your clients' buyers no longer only scroll ten blue links. They ask Claude, Gemini, and ChatGPT and act on whatever those engines cite. A tool that tracks Google but not the answer engines reports on half the surface your clients are judged on. So we built one console that measures both: the rank and the citation, side by side, refreshed daily.
